General Admission & VIP

General Admission & VIP tickets are NOT refundable. Tickets are fully transferable.

Vendors

Vendors who cancel more than 30 days in advance will be refunded 100% of the ticket costs minus the service & processing fee.

Vendors who cancel less than 30 days in advance will be refunded 50% of the ticket costs minus the service & processing fee.

Vendors who cancel less than 15 days in advance will NOT be refunded

Refunds
We will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
